Chewy and Cheezy Raw Kale Chips
1 large bunch of kale, washed and de-stemmed
Cheeze sauce:
1 cup cashews, soaked 2 hours or more
1 red bell pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt
Pour sauce on kale, coat kale leaves well. Place on dehydrator sheet. Dehydrate at 105 degrees F for 10 – 12 hours

Sea & Sun Pate with Cucumber Chips
2 sheets nori
1 large garlic clove
¾ cup sunflower seeds
1 ½ inch leek, cut from bottom
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 large carrot, grated
½ cup parsley,
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Bragg’s
1 ½ tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
4 tbsp black sesame seeds
4 tbsp white sesame seeds
Mix nori, garlic, sunflower seeds, leek, and celery in food processor and quickly blend. Add remaining ingredients and process until desired texture obtained.
Serve with rice chips, raw crackers, or cucumber slices.
