Oatmeal Protein Pancakes

1 whole egg, 3 egg whites

1/3 cup dry oatmeal

2 Tbsp hemp seeds

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/4 tsp almond extract

Spray pan with light oil cooking spray. Heat pan over medium heat.

Mix ingredients. Pour into pan using 1/4 of the batter for each pancake. Cook about 3 minutes on each side or until golden. Flip and cook again until golden.

Top with sliced bananas, organic berry preserves, or maple syrup.

Breakfast of Champions!

This is one of my favorite breakfasts. It is light and provides the body with readily available vitamins, minerals, and protein.

Mangoes & Hemp

2 Mangoes

1-2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds

Peel and slice mangoes. Sprinkle with hemp seeds. Enjoy!
